Registry
Thank you so much for thinking of us and our little one! If you’d like some ideas, here are a few things we’d love.
Clothes
We love neutral colours, shades that work well for any baby. Some examples of neutral tones we like are:
- sage or forest greens
- powder blue, navy
- beige, light browns
- butter or mustard yellow
- mauve or violet
Simple design with stripes, floral, nature motifs. Preferably, no graphic prints.
Clothing made from natural materials like wool, silk or cotton, avoiding polyester when possible, would be appreciated. They can be a bit pricier, but we won’t need as many. Quality not quantity. Since babies grow quickly, outfits sized for a range of sizes would be especially useful. Clothes with zips and magnets are supposedly easier than buttons. Here is a list of sizes for the respective season.
Sizes for the respective season
Newborn (50/56): Late June to August – lightweight summer clothing, short-sleeved bodysuits, rompers, and light layers for cooler evenings.
3–6 months (62/68): September to November – transitional clothing, long-sleeved bodysuits, light jumpers, and footed pants for autumn.
6–9 months (74): December to February – warm winter layers, long-sleeved bodysuits, wool or fleece-lined clothing, and a winter suit for outings.
9–12 months (80): March to May – springtime layers, cardigans, and lightweight jackets.

Diapers
We are hoping to try cloth/reusable nappies. We have ordered test sets from Jude and Hinzling to see which ones we prefer.
Toys
As for toys, we enjoy wooden toys or Duplo blocks—something simple, creative, and durable. We would rather not overwhelm the baby with too many toys, so a few thoughtful, quality items are wonderful, especially those without batteries, to keep playtime simple and imagination centred.
Books are always a welcome gift, as they’ll grow with our baby and be enjoyed for years to come.
The Big Stuff
After careful research, we found a few essentials. We ended up getting a few of the items as they were on sale, and we got a good bargain. You can contribute to them financially. These are marked with 🛒.
The registry is used to track that the items. You can get the items from the suggested shop.
Please let us know if you would like to get something that is not on the list, or would like to get something with someone else.
